A. Fold your paper into a rectangle shape

B. Fold the top of the paper into a triangular shape

C. Fold the strip of the bottom up as far as you can fold it

D. Fold the other strip of the bottom up as far as you can fold it

Open the bottom and put the bottom on the water and it will float!
